After checking into your hotel, head to our Welcome Dinner! If you're staying at the hotel, attendance is required.

Tuesday, Oct. 7: Summit Day 1
The first full day is packed with interactive workshops and sessions to help you enhance your customer service skills.

You'll also get to enjoy some fun extras like exploring employee benefits, joining panels & breakouts, and taking a trip to House of Sport.
Wednesday, Oct. 8: Summit Day 2
We'll close the summit with big picture takeaways you can bring back home.
Plus, enjoy wellness sessions, grab a cup from Pittsburgh's favorite coffee truck, hear the latest business updates, and celebrate at our Awards Ceremony & tailgate.
